Deactivating A Patient

Deactivating a patient within Spark.Clinic sets their profile to read-only, rendering their information uneditable and their profile greyed out.

How Do You Deactivate A Patient?

• To deactivate a patient, begin by selecting their profile through the patient search function within the "Patient List"
• You will be brought to their patient profile, now click "Edit Patient Info"

• Select "Next" untill you reach the "Contact and Misc" section.
• Now Select the toggle next to "Deactivated".

• Click "Save Patient Info" and now the selected patient will be deactivated.
